his section of the test measures your judgement when responding to interpersonal situations that are similar to those that you will face as an officer. Your response will be scored relative to a consensus judgement across experienced U.S. Air Force officers.

For each situation, you must pick the MOST EFFECTIVE and the LEAST EFFECTIVE way to respond to the situation.

The best approach to these questions is an analytical one. Try to take emotion out of the picture and judge what is the best logical approach to each situation. Choose the answer that will resolve the issue at hand as easily and quickly as possible. Your choice should also be one that will not lead to any further or new issues in the future. Although everyone will not view each situation exactly the same, the census response will help make up for this. This helps ensure that the truly most effective answer is chosen.
