VTNE Surgical Nursing Practice Test Questions Answers 2026. The second group of questions on the VTNE is about surgical preparation and assisting. This group accounts for 13 percent (20 items) of the questions on the exam.

These questions test your knowledge of surgical procedures, operating room preparation and maintenance, patient preparation for surgery, and performing as a sterile or nonsterile assistant during surgical procedures.
